The Borromeo step by step guide
1. Choose a design
2. Add your size, height and any additional info to the notes box at the checkout. We are able to include basic customisations if you do not fall into the standard size range, for example if you’d like a skirt with a size 12 waist and size 10 hips. We try to be inclusive and cater for any size.
3. We commence cutting and creating your custom garment.

The standard lead time for garments is 10 days with delivery on top of this, the estimated lead time for the garment to arrive is 14 days depending on courier timing.

As we have a strong focus on sustainability, we try to work with as much dead stock as possible which means a lot of our items are limited edition. Some of the fabrics depicted on the website will sell out, however we will be able to make these items in other complimentary material once sourced.

As we run a zero waste, made to order model we ask you to choose your item with thought. This item is made especially for you, so we are unable to re-sell it. Please have a look at the size chart and If you have any questions please send us an email on borromeo@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram.
All of our garments are checked before sent out. However if you receive a garment that you believe is faulty please email us at borromeo@gmail.com accompanied by a photo and description within 7 days of your order.
If your garment is faulty, we will try and repair this. We we only offer refunds for fault items that cannot be repaired or replaced.
